After a little investigating, I have found that most, if not all, of the glowing 5 star reviews on this company are FAKE! The Town & Country employees must be posting the good reviews themselves. This company is a scam in every sense of the word. They don't pick up the car, won't return your calls, refuse to refund the deposit unless you follow the terms in their contract which are absolutely impossible to comply with since they won't have contact with you until their 7 day time frame is over. They concocted the stipulations in their contract so no matter what you do they THINK they can keep your money. Pretty Sneaky Huh? They are under investigation for fraud because of all the complaints to the FL Attorney General's office A nightmare from start to finish. BEWARE!
