Town and Country has absolutely no customer service. They take deals only to get your deposit. After booking your move you cannot get any responses by telephone or e-mail and the only way to get your deposit back is by contacting your credit card company. It is very stressful trying to get the service you paid for and even more stressful trying to get any status about the vehicle being moved. This truck was an anniversary surprise for my wife that I had to fly and pick-up well after the event.
