this was the worst company ive ever delt with. at first they seem so attentitive and make sure to call you and make you comfortable with them. once you give them your credit card number and sign the contract. you can never reach anyone again. i finally got tired of getting the same old line(dispatch is on another line,can i have your info and ill have them call you back) ya right the call never came even after numerous calls and emails, i finally emailed them asking for another quote on 2 more cars (i made up) to get someone to call me. and what do you know bright and early the next day the calls were pouring in. and when i asked about the cars i was waiting on she said (A.J. dove) oh ill send a request over to dispatch,and wanted to book the next 2 transports. ya right never with this company im going to have to pay storage fees due to it being over a month of waiting. think they care ? nope! this company put me through so much stress and i lost my deposit. one of their contract clauses is they arent responsible for late pick up reguardless of the length of delay. well i finally got connected with a guy who does his own transports hes the actual driver and gave me a good deal and i could call anytime and get him on the phone . email me for any questions
