Absolutely Terrible

I payed $2300 for a job that was supped to take 2 days but actually took 17. They never called me to update me on the status of my cars or when they would be dropped off, I had to contact them. Darlene was extremely rude and started screening my calls. One day before my cars were dropped off Darlene texted me that I had to sign a contract stating I would pay for my cars upon arrival (because they knew I was upset) and that if I didn't they wouldn't deliver my cars, so they were essentially holding my cars hostage to force me into signing the agreement. And the customer service was non-existent.

Customer booked with a broker that took 13 days to find a carrier for her due to snowbird season. We did not take 17 days to transport her car. We pu her vehicles on a Friday afternoon from FL and delivered to NY on Tuesday morning. (We only had her cars for a total of 4 days) We would not be in business if it took us 17 days to transport from FL-NY!!!! We are sorry that customer is dissatisfied with the service. We wish her lots of luck in all her future endeavors
