I had noticed on my receipt of payment and information , there were two delivery addresses.. I called several times to confirm they had the correct one. They assured me they did and that the secondary address was not the drop off but information regarding the drivers schedule. They LIED!!!!! We were forced to spend money on a hotel on gas to go from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania or we were told we could not get our vehicle !!!! what !!! Not only did no one care or offer some ind of reimbursement they actually hung up on me several times before i finally lost it.. NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE. T he original quote was hundreds less but because of there mistakes and lies they made us pay extra but the driver then would not come to mass, no help , no delivery , waste of time , money , gas , work..
