The contact person was very polite and knowledgeable. I explain that I was about to get a new car and told her I did not know exactly when my old car would be available for shipping. She kept in contact with me through e-mail until I received my new car Then I called her and we set up the order for shipping and it was handled very promptly and very efficiently. I was also very impressed by the information that was furnished concerning - pickup-delivery-payment-key dates-dispatch to carrier-driver name and telephone number. Car was delivered next day and everything went great
