Our vehicle's fuel tank was punctured being unloaded from the truck and, even though the driver acknowledged it was his fault, we were having trouble getting the trucking compnay to pay for repairs.
Cheri at Total Car Shipping had the trucking company's insurance info on file, told me what other information I needed to supply her with and then filed a claim with the trucking company's insurance provider and sent copies to me and the trucking company.
Being able to contact the trucking company's insurance provider directly gave us the leverage we needed to prompt the trucking company to issue us a check for repairs rather than have a claim go on their insurance record.

Mr. Dunleavy-I am glad that we were able to assist you with your claim against the hauler's insurance company. Documenting notes on the Bill of Lading receipt is the key to any claim and that is just what you did. Please have a very nice New Year.
