This was one of the easiest customer service experiences I've ever had. Cheri was my contact person at total car shipping and not only was she polite and friendly, but incredibly competent. She answered all of my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed to get my car shipped across the country. Victor, the driver, delivered the car to my door a night before its scheduled arrival so that I would have it in time to get to work the next morning. Total Car Shipping did a great job getting my vehicle to me safely and without damage. CHERI WAS AMAZING and Victor was very nice and polite. I would use this service again.
