Thanks for a job well done! My only issue was the car was picked up 2 days later than estimated and then delivered ~2 days later than expected. But in all honesty, I was informed that there were 72 hour pick-up and delivery windows, so I can't say I wasn't aware. The only reason I include this in this review is so that other people will be aware and PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Know up-front what you can reasonably expect and you will be super satisfied. Other than that, the process was simple and painless for me, the dispatcher/ driver were always available to answer my questions, the driver was very good about communicating with me multiple times as to his status and location and when he would get to me, and they couldn’t have been nicer or more professional when they dropped the car off. I will definitely use you again for auto shipping. Really appreciate all that you did for me.
