I was in direct contact with my Lead Shipping Reps., Robert and Cheri O'Brien from start to finish. I was treated with professional customer service that was top rated in my book. It is very difficult to find a shipping company that has honest integrity in everything they do to insure the delivery and arrival of a vehicle on or before the time final delivery takes place. Total Car Shipping exceeded the expectations of our company during and after the business transaction. I highly recommend them to anyone that would like to receive exceptional customer service in an industry that has been plagued with countless revieiws of dishonesty to profit at the expense of us the customer. Cudos to Total Car Shipping for a job well done, especially at my surprise when they were able to make the delivery overnite and not prolongi the delivery for days on end.
