I can't even begin my headache of this... it wasn't so much Total Car Shipping as it was the company that shipped it. My car was supposed to be picked up on a Friday, it was, but for $75 extra, I said OK as I wanted my car here... I got an email saying it would be here by that following Monday. I thought this was odd, but expected it here about Tues/Wed. I called on Monday to see, and they said it wouldnt be here til Sat/Sun.... I was going away for the weekend so this wasn't possible. The guy from Star Express was RUDE. Yelled at me, basically told me I trusted no one (because I didn't want to transfer $750 before I got my car, or trust $750 with anyone here in LA - mind you, I just moved here, so I know people, but don't trust a whole lot yet) I asked if he could hold on to the car for the day until I got back, that was a NO even though the driver would be in there area. They rejected all my ideas and basically said they'd leave my car in a parking lot of my apartment (would get towed if left there) and I could transfer the money. HAHA no, sorry not doing that. Anyway, ended up asking a lady I just started working for if they could drop it there. Of course I had to worry all day - but it ended up getting here.... The headache lasted a week and they were nothing but rude to me...

Total Car tried to help me out, I guess there was only so much they could do - but still annoying. I wish I could review Star Express because them I would never use again. If you use Total Car Shipping, okay - they are pretty good, but when they say they have someone to get your car and it's star express... say NO.
