LOVE this company, seriously and here is why. So I was TOTALLY completely and UTTERLY scammed by a company here in Miami (Castle Luxury Auto Shipping- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM they will take your deposit then NEVER answer the phone or pick you up). So when they didn't show up to pick up my car (even after taking the $190 deposit out of my account), I was desperate to find someone to ship my car SAME DAY or the next day (as my flight to Cali was the next day). I called Total Car Shipping, explained my story and they not only calmed me down (a definite "woosaaaahh" moment) but did EVERYTHING they could do, i mean worked TIRELESSLY, so they could get my car out that very same day. They had a driver at my front door (I lived in the middle of busy South Beach) 3hrs after signing the contract and giving the $1 reservation fee, like COME on How insane is that???!!! I reallly could not believe it was so fast & still can't believe it. I mean they worked with me, my tightttt deadline, and all my requests and did it with a friggin smile. They really tried hard, I didnt believe them, but they proved me wrong AND worked faster than I had expected. John was my agent (I don't remember his last name- but there is only 1 John at the company). He was completely professional and EASY to work with, very calm, and accommodating (especially with all my rushed requests b/c i was so worried and upset). He really seemed like he cares about his customers. After being completely scammed earlier in the day I asked John if I could PHYSICALLY come to their office and see that it is legit and sit down to talk to him/sign the contract, he said "of course!!" Fortunately, they were only a few miles from South Beach so it was easy for me. I only did this because I would have hated myself for being scammed twice. I was being over the top, but a phone call is really all you need to deal with them.. they really make it that easy. He knew I was worried, so he gave me a tour around the office floor and introduced me to everyone and they each would say hello/smile and shake my hand Lol. Ohh and i could hear some of them interacting with calls that came in- - soo nice and helpful. Very organized and professional environment.
OMg AND they really prove they are legit because (unlike the scammer company) they don't take your deposit until the driver is AT your house/apt and your car is ON their truck ready to go!! (Before that they only take $1 like reservation fee or whatever). The scammer company took the $190 deposit from me upfront just to reserve! So DON'T pay deposits until you are GUARANTEED that a driver is coming to you, like he needs to be ON your driveway hooking your car in! I'm so serious, dont make the mistake I made. Pay the $1 fee to your bank acct, sign the contract, and wait for a driver to come to you, THEN they can charge you the deposit (the rest of the money you give to the driver when he arrives at your destination). I think the $1 to your bank acct is what gives your agent the go ahead to start looking for a driver for you, basically lets them know you are serious and your car is ready.
Anyway, once John found my driver he had the driver call me himself. So I was able to talk to him directly and ask any questions (I had a million and one). The driver (Edgar) was VERY nice and professional. He seemed very educated and intelligent (sorry I had a not so nice stereotype of truck drivers before- not anymore though lol).
My driver was sooo very nice, he answered his cellphone whenever I called to see how close he was. He was SOO nice and kept my car so safe. He dropped it off at my doorstep in pristineeee condition, I was so happy!
Oh and their rate was cheaper than the other companies! I shipped from Miami to northern Cali (San Jose), so it's a lot more expensive process. They asked for $875, other companies I called asked for $1,025+ (my scammer company only asked for $799 that's what I chose them initally).

If you don't go with this company, best of luck to you. At least take the tips I gave you. And make sure your drivers are insured!!!!
