I needed car transportation in a hurry and this company was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry online and had someone to pick up my car the very next day. I think I overpaid a little bit compared to what other companies later quoted me but all other companies didn't contact me to organise anything until 2 days after submitting my enquiry.
When my car got picked up I didn't have the exact address of where it was to be delivered and it wasn't a problem. Nothing seemed to hard and communication between me, the truck driver and Daniel from Total Car Shipping was excellent.
The arrival of my car was later than expected but still in less time than what other companies had quoted. There was also an issue of my car not starting and being stuck on the truck but the driver persisted with the issue until it was solved and kept me informed on what was happening.
My car does have a slight rattle which wasn't there before transporting it and getting a receipt for my cash payment has been a little hard but all in all it was a pretty good service.
