This company has sent me 4 or 5 review requests. At the bottom it specially says that 5 star ratings boost their scores. I have emailed them asking them to stop emailing me. It is getting old. Based on this issue I likely would not use unless need be. This is poor customer service.

Chris, Sorry that our review requests annoyed you. In no way did we intend to offend you. Unlike many auto transport companies that pay their customers for reviews Total Car Shipping asks it's customers for reviews. We do request a 5 STAR review assuming we deserve it but are grateful for any review our customers provide.
