I decided on Wednesday that I wanted to ship my car (Lexus) on Friday. Nilda was very helpful. I was told that there was a truck available to pick-up my car on Thursday, a day earlier than I requested. After talking to the driver, we decided to schedule the pick-up for Saturday morning, which worked out better for me. The pick-up was for 7am, and the driver was about 15-20 min late, but it wasn't a big deal. He was very friendly and took very good care of my car. He was planning to arrive in GA on Monday night and we planned to have my car delivered on Tuesday morning. As it turns out, he was able to drop off the car on Monday night around 9pm. There were no issues with the door-to-door service. My car had no damage and was returned in the condition that I gave it to them in. It was a very pleasant experience overall, and Nilda answered all my questions.
