Poor communication with company. My major complaint is that my vehicle was picked up on Wednesday and the actual transport did not start until Monday and I was not notified of the potential delay. My car did get delivered by the tenth day as promised, so they were able to make very good time once they got on the road. I am concerned as to where my car was stored until the transport began? My car also had protective plastic seat protection that was not there upon delivery. The driver, Tim Bordak, stated that there never was any plastic in place? So, am I to believe that my personal friend at the Lexus dealership had lied about the seat protection? The floor protection was still in place, so...? Again, maybe a lack of communication; however, the drivers side door leather interior was quite dirty and there are some questionable nicks on the outside of the drivers door and some scuff marks on the trunk area. I know that things happen, and I'm hoping that the transporters people are treating customers vehicles just as they would expect their own vehicle treated? Communication, communication, COMMUNICATION!!!! I would definitely use TOTAL CAR SHIPPING again, but I am not so certain of the transporter, AMERICAN LINES? The price was good, the delivery was on time, but again, very poor communication with the transporter company.
