Overall my experience with this company was very good. What made this process so enjoyable and easy and effortless was my customer service salesperson Maria. She was GREAT! I believe she actually cared about my situation, she made it very clear that I could call her if I ever had any questions or concerns (which I did far too often b/c I had no idea what I was doing). And she couldn't have been friendlier! She always took the time for me and called me back very promptly if she didn't know something off hand (which rarely happened). She was ABSOLUTELY the most helpful salesperson I have EVER had. And I'm on the phone all day long with my job. EVER!!! Maria you're WONDERFUL!!! If there was any complaint, I'm sorry to say but the first hauler I hired Sherman & Son, I would not hire them again. I watched them load several vehicles & they weren't as gentle with them as I would have liked to see. These are some folks prized possessions and I was quite frankly surprised that nothing was broken when they arrived. But the second hauler I used was fantastic! Im afraid I don't recall their name because there were no major issues.
