The good news about this company was the value, the great communication of the driver and the drivers willingness to be flexible and accomodating. The not so good news is the delay from the contract agreement and the day of the pick-up. I was renting a car at my location and the pick-up timing was critical to my overall expenses. I would have liked to have a status report maybe at least weekly, instead of having to make an inquiry myself. All of the people we dealt with were very nice and cooperative but just not as informative as they could have been. I would have to place this responsibility on the management.
