My car was picked up 3 hours late Thursday evening, 12/10. It is 12/18 and I haven't heard about the car. I emailed the company to track the status, and did not hear back. I called the company and was told they would check into it. I used the bill of lading to contact the trucking company. The voicemail box was full. I emailed the trucking company who responded with a number for the driver who returned my voicemail and explained that the car was still in Florida, when it was supposed to be here in Phoenix today, 18 days later. The driver that picked up the car took my $50 tip and quit the job that evening. The car was transferred to another truck and it broke down. So the car never left Florida.
I called today and they didn't know where it was. It wasn't until I told them that they had any idea. 8 days without any notification. The customer service and follow up is extremely poor.
I feel this website misleads consumers as almost 98% are positive reviews when most often every company makes a mistake. I trusted this site and the input here. I wonder if Total Car Shipping actually entered all these positive reviews??
