Total Car Shipping is a wonderful company

I called Total Car Shipping after another company promised to have my car picked up in a day, held money on my credit card, and never called me back. The first customer service rep from Total Car Shipping called me during the period I was dealing with the first company who made me promises they could not keep. I remember how reassuring she was as she tried to persuade me into doing business with Total Car Shipping, but at that time, I declined. Nonetheless, by the time I decided to go with Total Car Shipping, another rep assisted me through the process, Stan. He explained the process of the pick up and delivery ver carefully. He was apologetic for my bad experience with the other company. He allowed me to vent and spoke to me over the phone way after it was time for him to get off. I remember it well because it was a Saturday and I called right before closing time. He assured me that my car would be picked up ASAP and he was right! I told him that I was relocating as of Sunday and they could pick my car up from a friend's home. They were at my friend's home by Tuesday, 3 days! $1.00 up front was held on my debit card and then $150.00 once my car was picked up! My car was delivered to me in 8 days. In between the 8 days, Stan called me and emailed me. He answered all of my questions within 24 hours. He even sent me an email advising me to contact him once my car was delivered. We all know that relocating can be a nightmare. I was very satisfied with the service and Stan was very professional. I would recommend this company to all. They have excellent customer service. On a scale of 1-10, I would easily rate this company as a 10.
