POOR SERVICE, NO INTEGRITY

Was assured by customer service agent, Johnnie Smith, that transport would occur on Monday, 31 August, 2009. I contacted him by email the day before to inform him that I had not yet heard from a carrier. He replied by email that our agreed date was the 31st of August or the 1st of September (WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY FALSE) and urged me to "be patient." I tried to reach him several more times by phone and email - he refused to take my calls and did not reply to any additional emails. Other customer service agents (very poor quality by the way...the phone disconnected several times, they were extremely rude, promised to check on a carrier and let me know that day, did not follow through, etc...) On 1 September, I informed the receptionist that I needed to know that day if a carrier could be found and I specifically stated: "I know you are going to tell me what I want to hear but I need to know today if you can find a carrier or not..." She replied: "No I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear...let me check on 2 carriers that are going along your route..." I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes and the phone disconnected. I called again and no one could figure out who was helping me. I then sent emails requesting cancellation of my order for breach of contract and failure to perform. These emails also went without reply. Finally on 1 September, I called again to cancel the order and informed the service agent that I had not yet heard from a carrier. She stated "you've been assigned..." although I had been trying to find out the status of my order for days at that point. On 2 September, after my car had already been picked up by another carrier, I received a call from the carrier attempting to schedule pick up. Of course my credit card has been charged. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am disputing the charges; I have also forwarded all documentation and emails to my attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
