The real problems I had were with the driver. Total Car Shipping seemed to have everything squared away. The driver was very poor with communication. I asked him to please call me and let me know the next day if he was going to deliver the car. He told me that he was broken down in El Paso and he did not think he would be on time. He did not call me and he was not on time. He called me an hour before dropping off the vehicle one day late and expected me to be there to meet him. We worked everything out in the end, but it was very difficult because I was on travel for work. If you are planning to ship your car, make sure you maintain consistent contact with the driver to avoid problems with pickup and delivery times.
