I was very satisfied with the total experience of this shipment. The cost was very competitive and the representative was easily contacted and my questions were answered promptly and correctly. I was very pleased with the entire experience, with the one small discrepancy of what the truck driver was to be paid, this however was handled on the spot with one phone call to Luis. I would definitely use this company again.
