After researching this company and seeing their very good reviews, with only a couple exceptions, and getting their quote, which was in the lower 1/3 of quotes I received, I faxed in their order form on 10/24/2008 and requested pickup not SOONER than the following Monday, 10/27. They said to expect pick-up any time from 10/27 through 11/3, though "it could be later." They said they'd call Monday morning first thing to update me. They didn't. Wednesday afternoon (day 3 of their given time frame) I called them, and was told they were now putting my pickup "on alert," and I should expect a call back from them "very shortlly." Rest of that week: nothing at all. On Day 7, 11/3, I called in the pm, and left a voice mail for Bart to call me back. Nothing. Tuesday I emailed them, to an email address I'd used with them up front, so I know it was a good address. Nothing. Wednesday, 11/5, I called in the pm and told them I needed to know if they were going to do the job or not, and just to let me know, so I could either wait or call another carrier. FINALLY that got some action: 1 hour later Maria called me to tell me that they found a carrier that could make my pickup within the next 1-3 days, but that it would cost $690, which was almost exactly 50% more than their contracted price. I told them to cancel the order.

Terrible experience. Be very careful of these folks' assurances.
