This was my first experience securing transportation for a vehicle. The reviews on this website were most helpful to me in making my selection of Total Car Shipping. Beth was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and put my mind at ease that the car would be picked up on time. The pickup date was most important since my daughter and her husband were relocating (military relo) and timeliness was critical. Beth was responsive, informative, helpful, courteous, patient, thorough and focused. The transport was conducted exactly as planned. The trucking company called when they said they would to advise timeframe for delivery. The driver called as planned and the car was able to be delivered exactly within the expected timeframe. The car was clean and undamaged. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will DEFINITELY use Beth again if/when I need to transport another vehicle. I highly recommend her and Total Car Shipping.
