Beth was great to deal with when we shipped my son's car from Baltimore to San Francisco. The driver actually got to Maryland 2 days early but waited until graduation festivities were over so that we could finish transporting family and then load the car. Jack, the driver was pleasant and friendly. He gave us his cell number and was easy to contact along the way as we waited for the car to be delivered.
