Working with Billy was terrific - he guided me every step of the way. As a woman, I was leary of working on the internet with people I had never met. I found a Jaguar convertible out of state that was perfect - yet had no idea how to get it to Michigan. I inquired on line and was instantly contacted by all kinds of automated double talking companies... Yet Billy reached directly - gave an honest assessment of my needs - and was willing to try to get my car to me in a week - by my birthday!
In a nutshell - he delivered on all aspects of his assessment and did his best to get me with a reliable carrier. The driver he chose did a great job, delivered ahead of estimated schedule and even moved location to accommodate my being at a different location that day!
All in all a wonderful experience - and way cheaper by time and money than flying down to drive it up myself. I would highly recommend Billy and team for anyone shipping their car across the country! Job well done!
