I will never use their service again, very bad experience. To begin with I was misquoted a price to and charged $100 more and on top of that I was told the driver would arrive between 8-5 on a Monday, he did not come and get the car until Tuesday morning so my whole day was wasted. I used the service for my mom so I wanted it to be a stress free situation for her and it was not. Next time I will do more research before choosing a company.
