This broker is simply not honest. They send me a dispatch sheet with exact delivery date August 15th 2013. However, in their dispatch sheet with the dispatch company, the date becomes an estimate delivery date. Car car is kept at the dispatch company for 4 days and is not delivered on August 15th which is the exact delivery date as they mentioned in my dispatch sheet. It is ridiculous they have two different sheet for the customer and dispatch company. What a bad broker!
