the pickup was actually earlier than expected. the driver was friendly and courteous. he explained the complete process from pickup to delivery in long beach for ship loading and final delivery in hawaii. there was one snafu as the pickup persons name that was on the documents was the same as the original owner, and he was still in california. one phone call to Tanya at total car and she soon got the problem corrected and the new owners picked up the car the next day.
