PUBLIC NOTICE /WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will not honor their contract. I solicited this company to transport my car but decided not to use them after checking the BBB for their rating. They have a D rating. I canceled my request per their contract (before driver was dispatch, before the car was picked up and in writing) but they would not return my deposit. I tried contacting the owner and accounting per the broker's (JC) instructions but they would not returned my calls or respond to my emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB but they stated incorrect facts and would not agree to a refund. Please beware when using this company.

Customers you decide what is reasonable. *** THE DRIVE TOTAL CAR HIRED PICKED UP AND DELIVERED MRS. BOOTH'S CAR. WE HAVE THE SIGNED BILL OF LADING FROM THE DRIVER TO PROVE OUR CLAIM. **** Mrs Booth claims that she cancelled her order. This is true...but then she told us to reinstate her order, complete the dispatch and send the driver. Then the driver we hired picked up and delivered Mrs. Booth's car exactly as she wanted. If you did the job for someone wouldn't you expect to get paid? We work very hard to accommodate our customers needs and requests. As part of that we offer very flexible cancellation and refund policies. Check them out on our website. We have nothing to hide. Our handling of Mrs. Booth's order is exactly per these policies.
