My experience with Chris at Total Cars Shipping was a great experience. From the time that I requested an estimate to when I finally shipped my vehicle I must have asked Chris 50 questions through 3 emails and 3 phone calls. Each interaction was prompt and informational. To be honest, I was very nervous about this process and overwhelmed with all the vendors out there. After my first phone call with Chris I felt that I had made a good decision with this organization. I am happy to report that my mom’s car made it to her safely, timely, and at the agreed upon cost. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
