Laki and Total Car Shipping saved me. I had chosen to go with another car shipping company initially (Phoenix Auto Transport). I booked over a month in advance with the promise from them that my car would be picked up on one of two days and delivered within 10 days of that. Six days before my planned pickup, Phoenix tells me they can't find someone to take my car on one of those two dates. They totally didn't listen to me because they offer me pick up dates after the day my family is flying to California. They come back an hour later and find a pick up date earlier than I wanted and say it will take over 2 weeks to get there. I was so angry that they lied to me initially about what they could do.

I called Laki at Total Car Shipping and within one hour he found a carrier to take my car on my preferred dates. He was very easy to deal with and very professional. Yes, I paid $150 more than the first car company quoted, but saved hundreds since I got my car transported in only 6 days so did not need to pay for a rental car for many days. The car arrived in perfect condition and the carrier that Total Car Shipping used was great. They kept me informed the whole way.
