I needed to ship my car from Denton, Texas to Silver Spring, MD. I used an online quote services and got connected to Laki at Total Car Shipping. From the beginning Laki was very friendly, prompt and kind. He explained in detail how the process worked and provided me with a very competitive quote. I was pleased with Laki's efficiency and promptness to work with me in transferring my vehicle.

Unfortunately, the driver that was scheduled to transport my car, truck broke down and couldn't pick up and drop off my car when needed. Laki, and his supervisor worked REALLY hard to find a new driver for me, but I had already found another driver through a different company. Laki and his Supervisor issued me a full refund IMMEDIATELY and called several times just to make sure that everything was okay.

Overall, even if I didn't use their broker service, they were still very helpful and responsive. I WILL use this company in the future and give them a 5-star rating!
