At the beginning I had been in constant contact with Total Shipping and had sent in all the information that they asked for. I felt confident that they would get the job done of transporting my car. Well, they did not keep to their word and when I called back to confirm all the information I was not able to talk to Robert and I left several messages,then I called and spoke with Kat and she said she could not get into my file because Robert was not availabe and he must have put it under a certain name or code. I asked why was that and do they work together? She said they do work together. I was told my car was not on the schedule to be transported on that specific date requested. I never heard back from Robert or Kat and I was scrambling trying to get my car shipped at the last minute because I refused to keep trying to contact these people at Total shipping and stressing out. If this is the way it started out then its best that I find someone else. I did not feel confident with Total Shipping and they did not deserve my business.I called Phoenix Auto Transport at the last minute and explained my situation and they got my car transported and delivered on time, it cost a little more money but I was thankful. Phoenix worked with me and kept in constant contact with me on all levels. I was so unhappy with the customer service Total Shippping gave me I would not use them or recommend this company to anyone,no matter if it was a lower price.
