This was our only negative review of the year, Unfortunately this customer had a vehicle that was in a remote and mountainous part of Montana. We did find drivers that were willing to do the transport but at a higher amount due to the remote location and difficult driving situation of the pickup. We went above and beyond to accomodate this customer and refunded him in full the exact day he cancelled. Followup : Customer called us to notify us that he had gone with another company and paid over $ 400.00 over what we had qouted him. We would have saved him money had he been more understanding considering the pickup location situation.
