Absolutely amazing service! Definitely recommend!!

I have shipped my car twice before with different companies. One experience was okay and one was an absolute nightmare so I was hesitant to ship my car again. However, I read reviews about Top Rank and I was impressed so I decided to give them a shot. They gave me a very fair price so I called on a Tuesday and said that my car was ready ASAP. I'm not joking... EIGHT minutes later I got a call back saying that they found a driver for me and that he would pick it up that night or the next morning. I was absolutely shocked! The driver picked up my car Wednesday afternoon from New York and dropped off the car Thursday afternoon in Chicago. So it was less than 48 hours from when I placed my order to when the car was delivered. Amazing service! Everyone I spoke with was so polite and helpful. Another thing I was impressed with was that they don't take the deposit until your car is on the truck. This shows that this is an honest company.

My car did have some damage to it... there were a lot of big scratches but this was NO fault of Top Rank's. That was the only hiccup to this wonderful experience.

I will absolutely use this company again and will recommend it to anyone who needs to transport a car. These people are trustworthy and are one of the few in this industry who DESERVE your business. Thanks again, Top Rank!
