My experience was to say relaxing. Being this is the first time doing something like this I am more prone to be very skeptical of any company hauling my property (car). Just the way I am, researching on this web page gave me better insight to who is a problem by not resolving them and who is a responsible brokerage and has responsible driving companies working for them. I was a bit shocked about having to drive the car 30 miles to the haulers headquarters but here again I was more interested in getting the car at the hauler vs. waiting for the next opportunity. They were very kind in taking me back home to my door and that was good. For all, if you are unaware of it the truck will haul 12 cars at a time so logistically it only makes sense to be somewhat accommodating. The haul from California to Virginia was with out incident and any reason to be calling. TOP RANK AUTO TRANSPORT LLC did the job like they said and at the price they quoted period. I would use them again!
