Becky was willing to spend time talking to me about the transport process. She educated me on the process of transporting a vehicle; from putting the request for transport out for bids, getting responses for carriers and then selecting a proper carrier.
The only slight glitch was, somehow 2 digits in my telephone number were transposed on the shipping instructions. So it was a little difficult for the drivers to reach me by phone. Overall, the experience was great. Bottom Line...
I would use Top Notch Auto Transport again!
