Top Notch's customer service rep, Kathy Ashlock, was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to my calls and extremely pleasant to deal with. My car was picked up two days later than anticipated, but I believe this was due to a snowstorm in Illinois. The car arrived in Vegas 4 days later than anticipated . . . but I also attribute this to the carrier being delayed due to bad weather en route. When I contacted Kathy on the 4th day to advise her that my car had not been delivered yet, and that I had not heard from the carrier, she was very concerned. My car ended up being delivered that night - and I think Kathy had a lot to do with that! I would definitely use Top Notch again and would recommend them to others.
