I received excellent help when trying to decide if I wanted to drive the vehicle myself or ship it. I needed to get it there quickly and John and Ty were both great with helping me get it picked up. This vehicle was coming from Canada so I needed to arrange a pickup where I could meet the driver in Washington. Ty was very good with keeping me informed and the car was actually picked up the day that I placed the order. John did talk to me after I received the car in Wisconsin. The drop off was late. The driver contacted us and told us it would be in the afternoon and it actually ended up being 10pm. He did apologize but no real explanation. John was very apologetic. I believe that it was the truck company's issue. My rankings are based on Top Notch services and would highly recommend John and Ty. They were great.
