Although our experience with Top Notch was positive, it is the responsibility of any car transport broker to know the companies very well, whom they hire to transport vehicles. Mobile Transport Inc, who was hired by Top Notch to transport our car, was unsatisfactory. They were late with pick-up and delivery, did not document vital information, were incredibly hard to contact (didn't answer phone 90% of time), and were overall, unreliable. Would not use this company again.
