I shipped my daughter's car cross country and both pick-up and delivery went very smoothly. The total process took about 10 days. The car arrived in the same condition as we dropped it and the driver coordinated pickup with my daughter in advance that worked for both parties. Steve was very professional, returned calls and emails promptly and the service delivered as promised. I'd be entirely comfortable using them again.
