Steve did an excellent job of educating me on the process of getting a quote, and what may cause the difference in some of the quotes that I received. Throughout the entire process Steve kept me up to date on what was going on, and set some very realistic expectations for me. This is the first time that I have shipped a car, so it was nice that someone took the time to explain the entire process to me. I never felt like he was trying to pressure me into using the services of Top Notch, and even said I should ultimately go with who I felt the most comfortable with. I felt at ease with Steve's casual, yet thorough, approach and decided to give Top Notch a chance. The car was picked up one day after the first day that the car was available, and delievered within the window that Steve outlined for me. The drivers were courteous and in communication with me as well. I had heard some horror stories about other companies and was a little nervous about going through this process, but Top Notch and Steve (Tige helped some too) have certainly put those concerns to rest. If and when I ever move another vehicle, Top Notch will be the only company I call. Thanks again!
