Initially I spoke with Julie Kenyon who made all of the arrangements for pickup and transport. She was most helpful and a good communicator. All of the details were taken care of in short order. During the transport there were delays by the company transporting the car. Julie and later Tony Quinn were most helpful in communicating this to me.
