I never leave bad reviews for people as I am a business owner myself and understand sometimes things happen. But this company has blown me away with how terrible the service was. If I could give zero stars I would. We agreed to a particular price to ship a car for me. What I believe is the dispatch woman krystal calls me 2 days later to tell me they are going to charge me $100 more for no reason. I told her I dont agree and to please refund my deposit. She then began to scream and yell about how I am not getting my deposit back and then hung up on me. She then proceeded to have my car picked up even though I told them I did not want to use their service anymore. So thats issue #1.
The transit times were initially supposed to be 3-4 days. On day 4 I emailed them and called them asking where the car was and if they can give me an update on the status of my car. I got no response until day 6 and when I finally did krystal told me she would call the driver and call me back which of course did not happen. I called again on day 7 and she gave me the drivers number who also did not answer his phone or text. The person who initially took my deposit and made the deal with me was nowhere to be found either. from day 1. Long story short this company will bait you with a lower price than most that they do not plan on honoring and then berate you and take their sweet time with your car. I have never had such a terrible experience with a carrier. Do yourself a favor and run the other way.
