They make a low bid, rush to get your deposit and then they don't perform or return calls. Good luck getting your deposit back. Read the contract carefully. They have no intention of returning your deposit which is why they use Zelle for payment rather than a credit card. They have 10 days to find a truck to pick up your vehicle. If they don't find the truck at the right price you are out of luck.
