This is my honest review. This is my first time transporting my vehicle. I did my research and chose to use Top Auto Logistics to transport my vehicle because of their great reviews on google and transportreviews.com but I don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews. Top Auto Logistics is the second broker I worked with trying to get my vehicle transported from GA to TX. In the beginning everything was going smoothly and I got timely responses. After I confirmed my order I was told I would have a driver assigned in 1-3 days. It’s now day 4 and still no driver is assigned and I cannot get timely updates from their customer service.
I respect the time and effort but it was a waste of my time. I’m canceling my order and going with a bigger company. Too bad I really had high hopes for Top Auto Logistics.
