The salesperson was very helpful and nice and she ensured me that if I had a change in plans, they would refund my deposit and not rip me off. The payment and scheduling process was very smooth and there was no hassle. I wanted to schedule my pick up only a few days ahead and they said that it would be no problem. My car actually arrived much earlier than expected. It took only about 5 days for th e transporter to get it from PA to CA. The only thing is that the transporters may pick your job, but then reschedule your pickup slightly in order to fit their schedule, and as in my case, not tell you until You happen to call the day before to confirm. Not good if you're planning on moving out of state before they feel like picking up your car. But the transporter did end up working it out for me.
