We ordered a transport on Feb 28th to pick up my car on March 31st. We were quoted $425 for total job, the man told me to lock into the $425 we must pay the deposit now, so we paid the $200 deposit with a online agreement check which they said thats how they take payment. My boyfriend called everyday to verify everything was good to go and they said yes. The day comes for them to pick up my car, we heard nothing back, so my boyfriend called them the day of pickup to see where they were, he got a recording that they were closed. My boyfriend called them continually for the next couple weeks, they keep telling him that drivers want more money, like $500 more money, he said noway because that was not the price he locked into. They kept telling him they would call back and never would. Then one day he told customer service that if he doesnt get the car, he will be contacting an attorney, about 2 more weeks go by, he calls them back, talks to a supervisor, the supervisor tells him our order was cancelled by them, they never notified us, nor even attempted to refund our $200. Now they will not even answer our calls. Remember our order was place Feb 28th, 2013, it is now May 18th, 2013 and still nothing. Almost 3 months after we made our initial deposit and still no results. We tried disputing this with our bank and our bank said since this place has our bank info from making this deposit online, they will not dispute our case. So, with all this being said I beg of anyone, do not use this company unless you just want to throw away your money that you worked so hard for.
